The R&D department of JSC "Zavod Prodmash" has an extensive knowledge base and developments in the field of design of road metal structures and uses modern software for creating 3D models and planning each detail of the structure.

Individual design at JSC "Zavod Prodmash" is carried out in several stages:

Stage 1

Project initiation. Receiving a specification for development

Stage 2

Research and analysis. At this stage, market analysis, competitors, technologies and materials, as well as technical (production) capabilities are carried out.

Stage 3

Design and development. Development of the product concept, its design, functional characteristics, as well as the creation of prototypes.

Stage 4

Testing and trials. After the prototypes are created, the product is tested for compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards, as well as compliance with the customer's specifications.

Stage 5

Implementation and production. After successfully passing the tests, the product is ready for manufacturing. At this stage, the technological process of production is developed, the production line is organized and quality control of the products is ensured.

Stage 6

Support and maintenance. After the structures are installed on the object, its maintenance and information support are carried out.
