Technical concept

PVM support structures for SPPs by JSC "Zavod Prodmash" consist of:

piles, beams, girders and sliders, as well as fasteners and bolted connections. Mounts are attached to the ground by means of pile-posts, which at the same time play the role of bearing supports for other elements. All elements of the mounts have anti-corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanizing according to GOST 9.307.

Our specialists calculate structural

performance of the mounts in conditions of air temperature with absolute minimum and maximum values of the SPP construction region, taking into account thermal expansion of metals. Also, during their production, the features and dimensional characteristics of the PVMs and the customer's requirements for the method of fastening are taken into account.

ensure safety during installation and operation, are resistant to external influences, have the necessary spatial stiffness and comply with the requirements of current strength norms and rules.

All necessary holes and connecting elements

are prepared at the factory. Construction details are reliably fastened together using bolted connections, excluding gaps and movements of some elements relative to others.

Assembly of ready-made sets is carried

out directly at the installation site using the simplest tools and pile-driving machine, without the use of specialized devices, welding equipment and drilling equipment.

Depending on the client's tasks,

additional fasteners for cable-carrying products and cable trays can be provided on the structure.
