Galvanized steel bar gratings by JSC "Zavod Prodmash" is a technologically advantageous and reliable solution

Gratings by JSC "Zavod Prodmash" are produced in strict compliance with European standards and according to STO 07525912-038-2020.

Steel bar gratings are made of high-quality steel according to GOST 380-2005 and GOST 19281-99, GOST 17066-94, corrosion protection is performed by hot-dip galvanizing according to GOST 9.307-89.

Fiberglass grating is made from composite materials according to STO 21243190-003-2022 and complies with the certificate GOST R 53603-2020. There are two main components: a binding agent - epoxy resin (up to 70%) and a reinforcing material - glass fiber (30%). By agreement with the customer, additional materials that allow achieving the required physical and mechanical characteristics can be used in the manufacture of gratings.

All products of JSC "Zavod Prodmash" undergo periodic testing and are confirmed by quality certificates.

Applicable scope of gratings

Gratings have a wide range of applications both indoors and outdoors, and are capable of withstanding practically any load. They are easy to install and have a long service life. In case of damage to one or several elements of the structure - there is no need to disassemble the entire flooring, it is enough to replace only the damaged fragment with a new one.

Thanks to its structure, the grating allows air and precipitations to pass through, preventing dirt retention. Additional grating equipment in the form of anti-skid teeth significantly reduces the risk of slipping in rain, snow or ice.

Thanks to these properties, gratings have a wide range of applications in different areas.
