Climatic regions - II4...II11 according to GOST 16350;
Windy regions - from I to VII according to SP 20.13330.2016;
External environment - mildly aggressive (by degree of aggressive impact) according to SNiP 2.03.11. The use of poles under other conditions is possible, but must be validated by the project and agreed upon with the manufacturer.

Benefits

High-quality sheet metal from leading Russian manufacturers is used as a material. The material is selected depending on the climatic region of operation according to SP 16.13330.2011 with the safety factor taken into account.
Anti-corrosive coating is applied by hot-dip galvanizing in full compliance with GOST 9.307-89, which ensures the preservation of the product for 25-30 years of operation.
The pole has a low weight, which facilitates its delivery and installation.
Above the handhole there is a special cover that ensures safe maintenance of the pole in rainy weather.
The pole can be treated with a decorative paint coating (this needs to be specified when ordering, please ask the supplier for details) in accordance with GOST 9.032 requirements.

Light poles

The poles are installed on reinforced concrete foundations, which include an embedded element. Embedded elements for this pole type are made tubular (ZF) or anchoring (ZA, upon request), and supplied separately. The main parameters of the foundation (amount and grade of concrete) are determined based on the climatic conditions of the operating area and soil parameters.

Equipment installation. Bracket arms with luminaires are standardly installed on the pole. For underground supply of power cables (through the apertures of the embedded element), there are handholes with planks for installing components and there is an earthing point (M10 bolt). For overhead power supply, the earthing point is made at a distance of 900-1000 mm below the top cut of the pole.

Load-bearing utility poles are chosen by height, based on the required lateral load capacity. The lateral load is determined when designing a power line performed by SIP depending on the type and number of hanged wires, purpose (intermediate, anchor, corner, end) and climatic operating conditions.

This pole type has increased strength and stability and allows installation of up to four luminaires on bracket arms with length up to 2.5 m

Installation of bracket arms for more than four luminaires and/or other equipment requires agreement with the manufacturer in order to select the pole with rated load. The use of poles in wind operating areas V and above, in climatic zones I4-II3, must be project-validated and agreed upon with the manufacturer.

Since poles and suitable equipment for them are complex technical products, the parameters of which significantly depend on operating conditions, type and placement of load on the crown, each type of masts requires filling in the Terms of Reference.
