Embedded foundation elements and consoles




Functions

Embedded foundation part is used for load transfer from an installing light metal pillar to a foundation block. Depending on a type of loading, embedded elements are designed with 4 holes-square flanges (type K) or with more than 4 holes-circle flanges (type D).

arts of an embedded element, constructively protruding from the foundation block, are protected from corrosion in accordance with the requirements of SNIP 2.03.11 and GOST 9.602, which provides their long period of service. On request all outer surfaces of an embedded foundation element may have a bitumastic coating or may be subjected to the method of hot-dip galvanizing on GOST 9.307-89

On the installed and concrete poured element the light pillar is mounted. Depending on loads and constructive requirements, for installing there may be used various threading fasteners, supplied with the pillars: bolts, studs, nuts, washers, etc. Selection of fasteners for a concrete construction optimizes the process of mounting, making it the most convenient.

Consoles and console embedded details serve for transferring loads from an installing pillar to a fundamental block. They have a load-carrying member, designed for installing into the fundamental block, and a horizontally imposed flange for installing a metal light pillar. Straight console elements have two spaced attachment points (flanges with holes) and are designed for installing with an embedded element.

Parts of console elements, constructively protruding from a foundation block, are protected from corrosion in accordance with the requirements of SNIP 2.03.11 and GOST 9.602, which provides their long period of service. On request all outer surfaces of an embedded foundation element may have a bitumastic coating or may be subjected to the method of hot-dip galvanizing on GOST 9.307-89.
